Third-Party Observations

Third-Party Observation is available for some specific units, allowing Students to upload their Observation reports with a third party.

From the Trainer Dashboard, click on the Go button to select the class and the unit you want, then you can access Observation by either:Picture34-1

(1) Clicking on the Observation tab in the top banner

(2) Scrolling through the navigation bar at the bottom of the page

(3) Using the arrows to scroll through the tiles in the middle of the page

 

Third-Party Observations are available via the Observations Page in some specific units.

  1. Third Party Upload: 
    Click on the Third Party Upload button to enable it and a popup window will appear on your screen.
    Select all Students across each repeat of the Observation that will be utilising this function, either by selecting each Student or the Select All button. This will allow the Student to upload their Third Party Report document.

  2. When an evidence file is uploaded, you can view the file by clicking on View PDF. The Edit button underneath allows you to mark the Third-Party Observation.

    When marking, you can choose the Observation Satisfaction as a Yes or a No, require the Student to re-submit the Observation or not, choose a comment, and change the date.
