Student enrolment forms with IVET are instrumental in ensuring students' results are reported accurately.
When new Students begin in your class, they are asked to complete an enrolment form with IVET. The information listed in these forms is what ensures the Student’s results are correctly reported. IVET are unable to issue certification with incorrect enrolment details.
If Students require any updates to their enrolment details, they will need to complete this through the profile area of their Student Portal.
While Trainer accounts cannot modify Student enrolment details directly within the Trainer Portal, Students can easily update their information themselves on the Student Portal.
Here's a quick guide for Students to update their enrolment details (Steps for Students on the Student Portal):
- Log in to the Student Portal.
- Click on the account setting icon located at the upper right corner of your screen
- Click on the Enrolment tab then Edit Enrolment button.
- Make the necessary changes to Student information and ensure all details are accurate including full name, date of birth, and USI number (if applicable) then click on Update button.
- You will receive a notification confirming that the information has been successfully updated.

IVET recommend encouraging Students to review their enrolment information upon logging in to the Student Portal to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date.
