      School Student Transfers

      Suggestions to help you proceed with new student joining your class who has transferred from another school.

      In the scenario where you have a new Student joining your class who has transferred from another school, which also uses the IVET portal, the Student can be setup as a new Student.

      The student's VETtrak Participant ID can be obtained by contacting your School Relations Officer (SRO). The SRO can also assist you with submitting a request to the IVET Admin Team to merge duplicate Student accounts.
