This article shows you how to find enrolled student's username & password (resend login details) and update student's personal information (surname, given name, Date of Birth, USI number and Email)

1. How to view and resend student login details
You can access the Students' login credentials and resend login details by first navigating to the Student list as shown in the steps below.

- To invite a Student to enrol, navigate to the Trainer Dashboard:
https://myportal.ivetinstitute.com.au/trainers/sign_in - From the Trainer Dashboard, to access a class, simply click on the arrow next to the class name and select Go to Student Progress.
- Then click on the Student List tab.
- You can now find all your Students' login details (username & password) in the file downloaded by simply clicking on the Login Details button
- To resend an enrolled student's login details and/or link, simply click Login PDF on the row of the targeted student. A small note indicating Send Login details to student's email will be displayed.
Note: It should be noted that the 'Actions' column displays different options depending on enrollment status. Enrolled students are limited to the 'Login PDF' button, whereas awaiting enrollment students have access to the 'Edit', 'Resend', 'Cancel', and 'Login PDF' buttons.

2. How to update the USI number for an enrolled student?
If a student's status is "Enrolled," you can click the yellow alert icon in the USI number column.
You can edit the Full name (First name, Middle name, and Last name), DOB, and USI number from here. Once the edits are complete, simply click Update.
3. How to update the enrolled student's email address?
To update the email address for enrolled students, please use one of the following methods, as direct changes are not possible in the Trainer Dashboard.
Method 1: Contact the SRO for assistance.
Method 2: Email the IVET Admin team (admin@ivet.edu.au) with the following information:
