The Portal now allows Trainers to easily invite students to their classes with the assistance of new function. This streamlined process simplifies class setup and ensures accurate student enrollment.
For Students to enroll into a class, they must first be invited by the Trainer.
- To invite a Student to enrol, navigate to the Trainer Dashboard: https://myportal.ivetinstitute.com.au/trainers/sign_in
- Go to Student List tab either by:
- From the Trainer Dashboard, to access a class, simply click on the arrow next to the class name and select Go to Student Progress.
Then click on the Student List tab.
- Or:
Click on the arrow next to the class name and select "Go to Class"Next, click on "Class Management," as illustrated below.
- From the Trainer Dashboard, to access a class, simply click on the arrow next to the class name and select Go to Student Progress.
- Lastly, click on INVITE STUDENT
- Click to enter the Student's First name, Last name, Email address and Date of Birth. All four fields are mandatory.
- Click Invite to finalise the enrolment invitation.
The Student will receive an email with their login and enrolment instructions.
- Repeat Steps 3-5 for all Students you wish to invite to the class.
