How to Amend Student Enrolments (Withdraw, Reinstate, Transfer)

This session will show you directly way to submit a request to Withdraw, Reinstate, Transfer Student

  1. Please navigate to the Trainer Dashboard as seen below:
    https://myportal.ivetinstitute.com.au/teacher/dashboard
  2. Click onto Administrate Classes button
  3. Click Add Change Request
  4. From the Select Change Type menu, choose the applicable enrolment amendment (Withdraw, Reinstate, Transfer).

  5. If you train multiple courses or classes, click Select Class * to locate and select the class that the change request relates to.
    In this case, if you select Withdraw Student or Reinstate Student, please continue to Select Class.



    If you choose Transfer Student, please "Select class to move from*" then "Select class you wish to move student to*"  and click to select the relevant Student as seen bellow:

  6. Please make all mandatory selections, as prompted.
    Check again all mandatory selections and students related then "Tick" the little box to confirm. 
    Use the the Comment field to add any applicable notes (optional)

  7. Click Submit to finalise the change, or otherwise, click Cancel.

  8. This will be the request after finishing the process.

  9. Cancel Pending Change Request
    This function allows you to cancel requests when they're in the Pending tab.

    Simply click on Cancel and make sure that you want to cancel that request then click Submit.

Note: Please note that once the request has been moved to Progress, you can not cancel it anymore, only IVET Admin team can. Then, contact IVET Admin team for support.
