Engagement Reports help you to view and download relevant information, activities during the in progress courses
Firstly, navigate to your Account Settings:
In your Account Settings, you will find Engagement Reports for your class. There are two different types of engagement reports:
1. Login
The Login report will show monthly details on when each of your Students logged into the Portal by date and time.
2. Progress
The Progress report gives you an overview of:
- Course progress and key details on Student overall progression
- Students who did not access the Portal throughout the month
- Number of Students missing a USI number per course
- Students who were withdrawn throughout the month
- A high-level table listed by Student on their % completion rate by course
Both reports are automated and created for a monthly period (first day of the month to the last day of the month). The reports are available in your Portal around the second week of the new month.
