Learner Support
Identify students who require extra support throughout their enrolment with IVET
The enrolment form that Students complete at the beginning of their journey with IVET is used to determine if the Student may require additional learner support throughout their VET program.
There are two learner support reports:
1. Trainers Individual Support:
The first report is the Trainers Individual Support and is completed only for Students who have been identified as requiring additional support in their initial enrolment. These come through to your Portal automatically for you to complete and you will be prompted as soon as you sign in.
This report is only required once and will appear as soon as the enrolment form has been completed by the Student.
Click the Bell icon in the top right corner to access:
You will then be directed to the Trainer Individual Support page.
Each required Student will be listed along the left-hand side. Their name will be in the top blue banner.
Along the right-side, there is a list of support options that you can provide over the period. Simply tick each applicable option or use the Select all.
Complete this for all Students listed and once finished, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page to send us through your responses.
2. Learner Support Progress:
The second report is called the Learner Support Progress report. All we are asking from you in this report is to tell us how each of your Students are progressing. This report is applicable for all students in your class who were noted during enrolment as requiring additional support and is completed monthly, for as long as the Student remains active in your class.
To find this report, log into your class. Click on the notifications bar in the top right-hand corner. It is then found just underneath the class name:
