How to view Assessment Files

Clicking onto the attachments will allow you to view assessment files.

Each assessment comes with Student and Trainer files. There are two ways to access these files, but the easiest way is to view them via the assessment thumbnail in the unit timeline.

To access these, click on the Assessment thumbnail in the Unit Timeline and select Go.

The Assessment Requirements pop-up window will appear:

Go down to the Attachments area. There are two views. By default, what will automatically appear on your screen will be the list of attachment files that the Students see:Picture30-2

To view Trainer-specific attachments, including Marking Guides, click on the Trainer Files button. If the button has an angled line through the eye symbol, this means you are currently viewing trainer files.

Once you click on Trainer Files, the Student Files will still be visible, but they will move down the screen:

On this same screen, you can view the entire assessment, question by question, in the same format as what the Student will see:
