How to Invite Students to Enroll into a Class

The Portal now allows Trainers to easily invite students to their classes with the assistance of new function. This streamlined process simplifies class setup and ensures accurate student enrollment.

For Students to enroll into a class, they must first be invited by the Trainer.

  1. To invite a Student to enrol, navigate to the Trainer Dashboard: https://myportal.ivetinstitute.com.au/trainers/sign_in
  2. Go to Student List tab either by:
    1. From the Trainer Dashboard, to access a class, simply click on the arrow next to the class name and select Go to Student Progress.Test 131-Dec-02-2024-03-21-43-0716-AMThen click on the Student List tab.Test 122A-1
    2. Or:
      Click on the arrow next to the class name and select "Go to Class"Test 131ANext, click on "Class Management," as illustrated below.Test 120-2
  3. Lastly, click on INVITE STUDENT

  4. Click to enter the Student's First name, Last name, Email address and Date of Birth. All four fields are mandatory.Test 126
  5. Click Invite to finalise the enrolment invitation.Test 127-1The Student will receive an email with their login and enrolment instructions.
  6. Repeat Steps 3-5 for all Students you wish to invite to the class.
