How to invite Students to enrol into a Class

The Portal allows Trainers to invite students to enrol into classes in just a few simple steps.

For Students to enrol into a class, they must first be invited by their Trainer.

  1. To invite a Student to enrol, navigate to the Trainer Dashboard: https://myportal.ivetinstitute.com.au/trainers/sign_in
  2. Then locate the target class:
    1. From the Trainer Dashboard, to access the invitation tool, simply click on there the arrow next to the targeted class name and select Go to Student Progress.Test 131-Dec-02-2024-03-21-43-0716-AMThen click on the Student List tab.Test 122A-1
    2. Or:
      Click on the arrow next to the targeted class name and select "Go to Class"Test 131AThen click on "Class Management," as shown below.Test 120-2
  3. Then Student List and click on INVITE STUDENT

  4. Click to enter the Student's First name, Last name, Email address and Date of Birth. All four fields are mandatory as a unique identifier set.Test 126
  5. Click Invite to finalise the enrolment invitation.Test 127-1The Student will receive an email with their login and enrolment instructions.
  6. Repeat Steps 3-5 for all Students you wish to invite to the class.

    Note. For security reasons, invitation links will expire within 12 hours (allowing same day/night enrolment). Any invitations and links not accessed in a timely manner will need to be resent using the 'resend' button displayed next to each invited student in the 'previous invitations' section (as seen above).
