How to Cancel School Change Request (as Coordinator)

After submitting a School Change Request, the Portal allows you to cancel the requests which are in pending status.

AS a Coordinator, you are able to cancel every School Change Request, including the requests that are created by other Trainers within your school. However, please be noted that only the requests which are in the Pending tab can be cancelled.

The requests which are being processed by the Admin Team can not be cancelled (the ones are moved to the In Progress Tab). If you would like to cancel a request which is in the In Progress tab, please contact our IVET admin team.

From your Dashboard, there are 3 ways to cancel your change request. Select the view below to quickly navigate to the section, if you would like to:

1. Quickly view all the School Change Requests within your school

2. Quickly view the School Change Requests attached with a specific class

3. View all the School Change Requests in full details

4. View your cancelled School Change Requests

1. If you would like to view all the School Change Requests within your school:

Click on the School Change Request icon at the top left corner of your screen.

This section gives you an overview of all the School Change Requests with in your school.

To cancel the request, simply click on the Cancel button, and click on the Submit button on the pop-up confirmation window.

2. If you would like to view the School Change Requests attached with a specific class:

Find the class you want to view and simply click on the School Change Request icon at the class header tab as shown below:

Please note that only the requests which are in Pending Tab can be cancelled. To cancel the request, simply click on the Cancel button.

Click on the Submit button on the pop-up confirmation window to confirm.

3. If you would like to view all the School Change Requests in full detail:

From your Coordinator Dashboard, click on the Administrate Classes button

Make sure the request is still in the Pending tab, then click Cancel as shown below:

You can also view further information regarding the request before making decision by clicking on the View button, then click Cancel.

Click on the Submit button on the pop-up window to confirm your decision.

4. View your cancelled School Change Requests:

To view your cancelled School Change Requests, click on the Administrate Classes from your Dashboard. All the requests that have been cancelled can be found in the Cancelled tab:
