Having Trouble Logging In?
Here are some tips and tricks to help you overcome this issue:
- Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Firefox. Outdated or non-compatible internet browsers can prevent you from logging into the portal.
- Check the username you are using as provided in your welcome email for any spelling mistakes or incorrect characters.
- Check the password you are using and ensure you don’t have Caps Lock on when it doesn’t need to be.
- Ensure you are selecting the correct option to log in. On the login page, it will provide you with options to log in as a Coordinator, Trainer, or Student.
If you have roles as both Coordinator and Trainer in our system, it's important to note that you need to log in to the Portal as a Coordinator to access your Coordinator tools and information. - Try clearing or deleting your browser history including your ‘cached’ files and media. - If you are continually receiving the logged-out error message, it may be an issue with the computer clock and time zone not matching the State you are located in.
