Student Progress - Export Excel File

This article will guide you through how to export Student Progress into an Excel file.

This option will export all Students (including withdrawn) into a Microsoft Excel file format (XLSX) and provide you with an overview of Student’s progression through each of the individual unit assessments.

Students are listed alphabetically in column A. Unit assessment tasks are listed horizontally across the screen. Each column will have a specific unit and assessment and will list the Student’s result at the time of running the report.

When downloading this file, simply click on the Export XLSX. Your internet browser will download the file to your default folder.  

Note: If you are using Chrome, which is our recommended browser, the file will appear in the Downloads menu once it has been downloaded. Click on the file to open it.
