Dual Role Logins (as Both Coordinator & Trainer)

If you have roles as both Coordinator and Trainer in our system, it's important to note that you need to log in to the Portal as a Coordinator to access your Coordinator tools and information

As a school Coordinator, you might also hold a dual role through IVET. A dual role is where you are both the school Coordinator and a Trainer.  

If you hold a dual role such as this, you want to ensure that you are logging into our Portal as a Coordinator, following the steps in this Login as a Coordinator Role article.

If you try to log in by selecting the Trainer link, your username and password will not work.

When you log in using the Coordinator link, you will reach this control panel, where you select if you would like to continue under your Coordinator account or if you want to access the Portal using your Trainer credentials.

The key difference between the two areas is that when you are in your Coordinator Dashboard, you will not have access to your class content (resources, assessments, and observations).
